Shipping Policy
Handling of Orders
Our warehouse operates from Monday to Thursday from 7am to 4:30pm AEST.
All orders are packed and shipped within 24 business hours of receiving payment. Payment must be cleared in full before your order will be shipped.
Our warehouse does not operated from Friday to Sunday. Orders placed during this time will be shipped on Monday after payment is received.
Domestic - Australia
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150. For orders under $150, express shipping is $15 and standard shipping is $10.
All orders are shipped with Australia Post. The delivery speed estimates published by Australia Post are:
Express - Between 1 to 3+ business days.
Standard - Between 2 to 6 business days.
Please note that these are estimates only. Whilst we do everything in our power to get your order to you as fast as possible, once your order is handed over to the postal carrier it is out of our control so we make no promises or representations regarding delivery timeframes. Delays can occur which are outside of our control. Whilst we will endeavour to keep you updated on delays that have/may occur, sometimes delays can arise unexpectedly.
If you believe that your order has been lost or delivered to the wrong address, please email ozvices@gmail.com. We also recommend lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
Once shipped, all orders are final unless your order arrives damaged or faulty. We cannot change the address on a package that has been shipped or redirect your package to a new address.
International Orders
We offer flat rate shipping on international orders which varies depending on the products ordered and the destination country. All rates are automatically added at checkout.
Your order may also be subject to import charges, customs fees and/or tariffs. These additional fees will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. We cannot estimate what these fees will be as it varies significantly from country to country.
All packages are shipped with Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on your country and can range from anywhere between 7 days to 4 weeks. The Australia Post website does publish estimated shipping times by country however, these are estimates only and do not take into account potential delays that may arise as a result of disruptions to the postal network (for example, in times of war, pandemic or postal worker strike etc.) or delays at local customs.
Whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe and timely arrival of your order, delays can occur which are outside of our control so we make no promises or representations regarding delivery time frames. If such delays occur, we will assist to raise an enquiry on your behalf with the postal carrier, however once your package has been handed over to the postal carrier, it is no longer within our control.
If you believe that your order has been lost or delivered to the wrong address, we recommend lodging an enquiry with the postal carrier directly (either Australia Post or your local carrier depending on whether the package has reached your country). As the receiver in the destination country, you will have more success in locating your package. We will do anything we can to assist with your enquiry.

POTENTIAL DELAYS DUE TO MIDDLE EAST CONFLICT
Please note that there are potential delays across the postal network on shipments due to the conflict in the Middle East, especially on shipments from Australia to Europe and the Middle East. Please have patience and account for additional times on deliveries.
We are doing our best to stay informed on potential delays, however the postal carriers themselves have minimal information or warning about delays as the conflict and its impact is unpredictable as it changes and progresses each day.
